Ms. Radford was born in Goldsboro, NC, but spent most of her life in Greenville, NC where she graduated from East Carolina University with a Masters Degree in elementary education and a Principal’s Certificate. Ms. Radford moved to Wilmington in 1997. She has taught at the elementary and adult levels with experience in the classroom and in administration. She has taught in both public and private schools where she developed educational programs and trained teachers in various areas. Ms. Radford had been a teacher assistant at CFCI since 2004. In her free time Ms. Radford likes to read, dance, and has an interest in interior design.
