Originally from Radford, VA, I came to CFCI in 2001. After graduating from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!!), I taught 2 years of kindergarten at Check Elementary School in Floyd County, VA. I originally started out teaching 3rd grade here at CFCI, but moved to the 4/5 loop in 2002 and I've been here ever since. Last school year I stayed home with my new baby girl but am very eager to get back in the classroom again! In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my family and friends.
