Tami Mix
| Tami
grew up in Arizona but moved to Raleigh to attend NCSU after meeting
her husband, Phil. They eventually moved here to Phil’s hometown
of Wilmington. Tami graduated magna cum laude from UNCW with her degree
in vocal music. She taught private piano lessons for several years
and became involved in her children’s preschool. Tami and Phil
are the parents of five children who are the center and inspiration
of Tami’s life. She is extremely pleased that four of them have
had the opportunity to attend CFCI and she is grateful to be able
to make a small contribution to CFCI through her work here.
She enjoys being with friends and family, reading, sewing, decorating, playing piano, singing, and directing her church choir.
